Lisa May serves as Executive Director of Relate Well Live Well with a mission of strengthening marriages and families through healthy relationship education beginning in middle school through senior adults.
Born and raised in South Florida, Scott has served over 25 years as a pastor and now continues to serve marriages and families as Director of Marriage Programs for Relate Well Live Well.
Amanda began her career with Relate Well Live Well as a high school volunteer. Upon graduating high school, Amanda attended Samford University and continued her involvement with Relate Well Live Well.
Jennifer started her career as an honors nursing student at Miami Dade college with a full scholarship. Working nights as a nurse technician and dedicating community service hours to Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA).

Scott Salisbury serves as the Director of Marriage Programs for Relate Well Live Well. Born and raised in South Florida, Scott has seen the amazing transformation of this diverse community.

As the Director of Communication and Special Events, Monica is both an engaging and stimulating communicator.

Wayne and Deretta have served on the LTLSF board as Chairman for seven years. Wayne was the owner of Design Flooring DIST. For 33 years, with offices in South FL & Orlando. He was a founding member of The National Wood Flooring Assoc., serving on the Board for 14 years and as Chairman for two years.
Vice Chairman
Wadid and Christina have been married for 8 years and share three beautiful daughters. Remarkably, in 2016 Wadid and Christina made the decision to adopt three little girls at the ages of 4,5, and 8. Jim and Karol have been married for 37 years and have three children and seven grandchildren. They are active members on the board of Relate Well Live Well where they serve to see God’s design of marriage and family realized in our churches and communities.
Ron and Lynn Ellen have been married since 2001 and have one daughter Jadeyn. They love to spend time with the amazing extended families that they are blessed with. Ronand Lynn Ellen serve joyfully at their church and as mentors for Relate Well Live Well to help guide married couples through the journey of marriage.
Kevin completed his undergraduate studies at Central Michigan University and earned a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. Debbie is enjoying LTLSF as she and Kevin serve marriages and families.
A lifelong resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been appointed to the LeMieux Center for Public Policy Advisory Board.
Marjorie is president of a clothing company in Fort Lauderdale and has celebrated 30 years in business. She also worked in the airline industry for 14 years.
